The Purpose of our retreat is to give you a complete rest and peace from the daily hectic life of modern times and freedom from all distractions.During your retreat you will be practicing traditional hatha yoga, pranayama breathing techniques and meditation which will deepen your understanding and benefit your life. Our team of very knowledgeable and experienced yoga teachers will upgrade your yoga knowledge and skills and give you absolute care, during your stay with us.

You will experience the colourful Ganga Aarti ceremony, visit ancient places (religious sites, temples, historic monuments) witness unforgettable sunrise coming directly from the roots of the Himalayan mountains, and daily ayurvedic yogic food will take care about your health during the all stay. Allow yourself to be finally free, to have fresh start, to be completely surrendered. Food Options

We serve always fresh food from our local fields. The ingredients are inspired by ayurvedic principles, and combinations follows our traditional recipes. You will always find fresh fruits, and vegetables from the local market and herbal tea from our mountains. 

Breakfast are filled up with fruits, porridge, toasts or cereals to start up our digestive fire working well.

Lunch gives you full opportunity to taste traditional Indian specialities, where you can find many varieties of the food. We always offer fresh basmati rice, traditional Indian bread, lentil soup Daal, cooked vegetables and fresh salad according to the season.

All vegetarian, all yogic friendly food will rejuvenate your body and your mind, making you feel fresh and light.
